Nirula's, a pioneer in this sector came into existence over Seven decades ago. Riding the growth wave in the Retail Sector, Nirula's has also gone on the fast-track of Expansion and Growth.

Nirula's expansion through Franchise Route:
Nirula's Franchise Route provides medium/small size corporate the opportunity to encash upon the popularity of Nirula's brand by setting up and operating Food Outlets under the brand name of Nirula's.

Role and Responsibilities of the Franchisee and Nirula's are summarized as below:

The Franchisee

The Franchisee shall setup and operate various Food Outlets of various modules as per Nirula's specifications in multiple locations in a specified assigned trade area/ territory. Running Nirula's Food Outlets includes:
  • Finding suitable sites for setting up/opening Nirula's Food Outlets.
  • Making all investments in the setting up of the Food Outlets.
  • Operating the business of the Food Outlet under the Trade Names of Nirula's.
  • Promoting sales and services of the Food Outlets.
  • Procuring all required licenses, permissions and sanctions for running the food outlet and getting the same renewed.
  • To bear all Govt./Statutory taxes and levies for the operations of the Food Outlets.
  • Carrying day to day maintenance of the outlets, bearing all revenue and capital expenditures, upgrading, renovating the outlets, etc.
  • Collecting the sales money and making the timely payments to vendors, suppliers, staffs, franchisor, statutory authorities, etc. for the smooth running of the food outlets.

Nirula's shall provide its support and cooperation to the Franchisee in setting up and operation of the Food Outlets including:
  • Approving the sites for Food Outlets and providing/recommending qualified architects, designers, consultants and vendors for setting up of the food outlets.
  • Supporting in project planning and finalizing technical requirements.
  • Defining designing norms and equipment specifications for the setting up of the restaurant.
  • Defining HR policies, assisting in procurement, training and inducting Human Resources for the operation of the Food Outlets.
  • Conducting periodical review of the business, audit and recommending business promotion plans.
  • Defining operational Guidelines for the operation of the Food Outlets.
  • Supporting in sales, marketing and business promotion activities.
  • Permitting to operate the Food Outlets under the Trade Names of Nirula's.
